A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Fire Prevention Bylaw,
AY 31 1982

1968, No. 902" and the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code
Administration Bylaw, 1974, No.. 1298", .
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Section 234 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Fire Prevention Bylaw, 1968,
No. 902" as enacted by Bylaw No. 1224 is repealed.
2. . Appendix "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Fire Prevention Bylaw,
1698, No. 902" as enacted by Bylaw No. 1599 is repealed.
3. The first recital of the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing
Code Administration Bylaw, 1974, No. 1298" is repezied and the following
substituted:
"WHEREAS the Building Regulations of British Columbia apply to the
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam;"

4. Appendix "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing |

Code Administration Bylaw, 1974, No. 1298" is repealed and the Appendix "A"

enacted by the Schedule I annexed to this Bylaw is substituted. .

5. The "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code Administration
Bylaw, 1974, No. 1298" is amended by adding the Appendix "c" enacted by

the Schedule II annexed to this Bylaw.

6. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Building and Plumbing

Code Administration Bylaw and Fire Prevention Bylaw Amendment Bylaw, 1982,

No. 1909",
