the absence of a voluntary agreement between the parties,

The Unions’ request for further improvements in annual
vacation entitlement beyond those agreed to for 1981;

formula wirich wil provide no Loss than nofunak net
take-home pay to an enp£oyee who is in neceipt og
temporary dotal disability benegits from the WCB,
and which will not affect the rate ({ncekuding acting
pay) te which the employee was entitled under his
Kespective 1979-1980 collective agreements.
