And That a resolution be prepared to authorise reduction of the Sideyard requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Section 801, RS-1, Subsection (5)(a} Interior Sideyards from 1.2 meters to 0.88 meters for the sideyard of Lot 20 beside Lot 19, Block 3, DL 479, NWLD Plan 2134, COMMENTS: This application is to move a house, presently covering two iots onto one of the lots and building a new house on the other lot. The variance being requested is to reduce the width of a sideyard between the two houses. As this variance does not affect any neighbouring property, its approvai is recommended.
