A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2246".

The Municipal Counci] of The Corporation of the City cf Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain pareel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British

Columbia which is more particularly described ag:

D.L.e 231, 232, 255, 288, and 384

Group One,
Plan 11613,
New Westminster Districe

ig hereby rezoned from A~l (Agricultural) to M-1 (General Industrial) and the
Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240° is hereby

amended to reflect this rezoning.

Ze Thie Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, Ne. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2396”.

Read a first time by che Municipal Council this 3rd day cf October, 1988.

Kead a sacond time by the Municipal Council this 3rd day of Cetober, 1988.

Public Hearing held this 24th day of October, 1988.
