A By.law to amend the "Por+ Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Munic!pal Councl! of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam, In open meeting assembled, enacts as

follows:

The Zone Designation of A~] Agricultural assigned to that
portion of Lot "B", Block 6, Olstrict Lot 290, Group 1,
Pian 13637, New Westminster. District, except part
Subdivided by Plan 40635, shown as Lots 1 to 7, Inetustive,
on a Plan of proposed subdivision of the sald Lot "Bu
Prepared by V.C. Gouda! & ‘Associates, British Columbla Land
Surveyors, and shown on thelr Drawing No. Ci654-71A dateg
June 29th, 1983 with revisions to February 20th, 1985 fs
removed and the Zone Designation RS-2 (Smal | Lot

Residential) fs applied,

The Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2246" Is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

A copy of the plan referred to In Section 1 1s attached to
This Bylaw and made a part hereof,

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Byiaw,
1985, No. 2101",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27+h day of
May, 1985.

Read a second time by the Municipal Councl! this 27th day
of May, 1985,

Public Hearing heid this 24¢h day of June, 1985,
