BYLAW NO. 2464

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
oper meeting assembied, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land Situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Section 7

Township 40

Plan 74406

New Westminster District

ifs hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot

Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning,

Thia Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2464",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 6th day of November, 1989,

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 6th day of November, 1989.

Public Hearing held this 4th day of December, 1989.
