All costs for design alterations and/or relocations to the existing
B. C. Hydro pliant attributed to the proposal shall be the
responsibility of the Corporation.

The encroachment shall not be enlarged either vertically or
horizontally, or moved within the right of way without the prior
written consent Of B. C. Hydro. No attachments shall be added onto
the portion of the encroachment within the right of way.

Maximum height of vehicles permitted on the right of way including
Toad and reach Shall not exceed 4.] metres.

The stockpiling of exCavated, buiiding or other materials within the
right of way is prohibited,

Please have the Corporation accept the foregoing offer by signing in
the space Provided below and returning the duplicate copy of this letter
to us before 20 Aprij 1990. If we do not receive the signed cupy by this
date, this Offer jis Withdrawn.
