DISCUSSION:
With the reduction of sideyards to RS-2 standards, 4 dwelling 25 feet in
width can be built on each lot. Under the RT-1 regulations, buildings only 21

feet in width may be constructed on the lots.

As the variance has been granted by Council, it is recommended that this
rezoning application be supported.
