On Saturday, November 16, at 8 p.m., she will present her new show “Code Bleu* )on the auditorium stage of the Ecole Jules-Veme. A multidisciplinary artist, she has gained recognition as one of the - major performers on the francophone ~ chanson scene in Westem Canada. She has also won many awards, including the Etoile Galaxie / Rising prize, which highlights the excellence and originality of her career trajectory. A multi- talented artist, Isabelle is also a film director and producer. She produces her own shows and directs ambitious performances on the national and intemational stage. During the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games, Isabelle was the artistic director for Place de la Francophonie de Vancouver. She directed eight shows, including the opening and closing performances, as well as the parade-performance of the Grand Camaval on Granville Island. She was also involved in more than 40 events, including those in the Olympic Village, the Canadian Pavilion, etc. She wrote and performed the official song of the Place de la Francophonie, called “Vancouver”, which she performed before heads of state and the Govemor General of Canada. In 2011, Isabelle was thrilled to sign the stage direction and artistic direction of the show and the audio recording of the project Vancouver Symphonique, produced by Le Centre culture! francophone de Vancouver, for which the album was launched in March 2012. Following on her first two albums, “Effieurez-moi’, and “Vol 069”, she has now retumed to front and centre stage with her new album, “Code Bleu’, which will be presented in its grand premiére performance at the 19th Coup de coeur francophone de Vancouver.
