Wright re Guidelines for Open _ Question Period: amended removing the specific names of the press. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That Item #7 of the Guidelines for Open Question Period at the conclusion of regular Council meetings be amended to read as follows: "7. Questions from each member of the attending press will be allowed preference prior to proceeding to the public." Carried. Alderman Mabbett referred to an advertised rate increase appiication . : Ald.
