That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to endorse a
iease agreement with C.P. Rail, Marathon Realty to permit a sign
to be erected on railroad property along Trenton Avenue.

And That the Planning Department be authorized to approach
the Ministry of Economic Development for revising the terms of
the City's grant for Industrial Signs.

Alderman Wright commented on his meeting with the G.V.R.D.

Park Committee regarding the problems with policing at Belcarra
Regional Park.

That the City of Port Coquitlam recommend that G.V.R.D. staff
be directed to meet with the Attorney Generals Department to
review and alleviate the protection problem in Belcarra Regional
Park.
