SUBJECT: JOURNEY FOR SIGHT WALE-A

Attached is a letter from Mr. Clare Silvius, chairman of the Lions Club Zone H-5, requesting
that council approve a walk-a-thon to be held in the City of Port Coquitlam.

I have prepared a map of the route for the 1992 Joumey for Sight walk-a-thon to be held May 2.
The route will follow the same route chosen for the Terry Fox Run. (See map).

T have contacted Mr, Silvius, and he will be in receipt of a route map today. I also informed him
that the report wul go to the PWC on Tuesday Mar. 03 and then to Council for final approval on

Monday Mar. 09.
