That the Finance Committee Statement of Accounts Payable for the
month of September, 1986 in the amount of $2,081,133.49, be approved.

From the City Clerk, October 6th, 1986 regarding sale of City land -

2150 Nova Scotia.

Moved by Alderman Keryluk:
Seconded by Aiderman Laking:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; - ;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Lot 348, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 30872, except part
subdivided by Plan 37960, New Westminster District, being 2150 Nova
Scotia Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. be sold by tender if a bid
acceptable to Council is received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and
post the "Real Property for Sale by Tender" Notice appearing In the
Agenda documents of this Counci | meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures sef out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject ali of the
bids if Council! in its absolute discretion determines that rejection

is appropriate.

That the recommendations from the City of Port Coquitlam Board of
Varlance as authorized at the Board's meeting of October 14th, 1986 be
received by Councl! and referred to the Public Safety Committee.
