l. 3377 Fir Street has added a third suite on the lower floor. This
non-conforming in an RT-1 zone.

DISCUSSION:
The Building Department notes that the building is non conforming to the
Zoning and Building Bylaws by containing more than two dwelling units. It is

therefore recommended that this application to strata-title a non-conforming
use, be rejected.
