As requested, an inepsetion of the abors premises was carried out on
Becesbar 3, 1970. The following conditions wore noted,

The kitchen area was found to be generally clean. ‘The sink tans
were functicning so that running wator was available.

The bathroom toilet and sink were in good order, Some deterioration
in tha floor was noted,

The general appoarance of the interior of tha houss was satisfactory,
and that good housekeaping seancd to have bean carried cut.

Tho house is still sorviced by an improperly ccnstructed septic tank
ayeten, even taough sewor connection {s available.

Subject: 2020 Coquitlam Avenue

On inspection of the above meationed house, I found it in a
bad state of disrepair. The only heat in the house is fron
an oil fired kitchen range which is vented to a bracket
chimney. This bracket chimney is non-conforming and is saging
due to the wood supports rotting away. 1 Fecl this could be a
fice hazard and recomsend it no longer be used as a dwelling.
