Also attached ia a copy of cur reply letter te one of the petitioners and you will note that the Council's acrion with respect to the matters raised in the petition is sét out therein. As instructed by the second resolution quoted in the attached reply fetter we are requesting thar your School District piva consideration to the construction of a fence along the Mary Will Zlementary School grounds on Western Drive. Doubtlessly, if this proposal is favourably received, you will want to contact our cagineering Department with respect to the possible pro~ vision of a opening or gate ia the fence at some agreed upon location ani it is possible that the Council might then, at that location, authorize the installa- tion of a crocewalk. .
