With the two children in and out, it has made our kitchen and living room floors a Shamblese I have already replaced the tiles on the kitchen floor, due to the cause of these pods being tracked into the house, Also the trees have reached a height, that enables these pods to enter my rain gutters, to an extent of plugging up the drain pipe at one corner of my house, With the above explanation, I was refused permission to have the two trees removed, account an Environmental By~Law in Port Coquitlam. After three letters & two or three telephone convere Sations with Mr. Borch and Mayor Scotts offices, the city agreed to send out a crew and prune the trees in question. I relented and agreed to abide by their decision, thinking that the branches overhanging my Sun Deck and roof would be pruned to the satisfaction of both parties concerned, To my dismay the only pruning done from the ground level _up to my sun deck floor, with the remaining branches still intact above, which did not allivate my problem. I did not pursue the matter any further, it seemed pointless to continue as I had no one to turn to, and renew the request for the removal of the trees, I realize . that environmental. By-Laws should be a major concern for Municipalities and also for the public. Being an out doors man, I apprecia$e having trees around my property. But of the two trees in question, life would be more enjoyable for my wife and family if they were removed, i would Appreciate i if this matter could be taken into consideration and dealt with.
