ZONING BY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the ‘city of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, June 9th,
1975 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the
Netty of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918";

By-law No. 1383: to rezone Lot 35, District Lot 288, Group 1,

Plan 38943, New Westminster District from A-1 (Agricultural) to
“M~I (General Industrial). .

This property is located at 1772 Broadway Street and it is

expected that an industrial/warehouse complex with a gross

building area of approximately 130,000 square feet will be
constructed on the property following completion of the -

rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of

the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between:

_ the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on May 29th and 30th, 1975 and between

the hours of 8:30 a.m. to As 30 p.m. ~ on working days - from. June 2nd to

. June Sth, 1975,

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by
the preposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity: to be heard at the
Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
