The provisions of this by~Law respecting age shall net apply

persons employed by the owner or operator of the Discotheque provided that

person under the age of sixteen years may be employed in any Discotheque.

9. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this By-Law shall
be guilty of an offence punishable upon summary conviction,
