The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of tand situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
is more particularly described as:

Lot 39

South west 1/4 of Section 7
Township 40 :

Plan 25211

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS~-2 to RS-! and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port
Coquittam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1983, No. 2004".

Read a first time by the Municipa! Council this Seventh day of November , 1983.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Seventh day of November, 1983.

Public Hearing held this Twenty-elgith day of November, 1983.

Bylaw No. 2004: to rezone Lot 39, South West 1/4 of Section 7, Township 40,
Plan 25211, New Westminster District, from RS-2 to RS-1.

This property is located at 1450 Apel Drive and, following completion of the
rezoning procedures, it is expected that the property will be subdivided to
provide a site for an additional single tamily dwelling.
