This property is located at 2225 Pitt River Road and has a total area of approximately 0.4415 ha (1.09 acres). Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside "Tender for 2225 Pitt River Road Property" and addressed to: R.A. Freeman, City Clerk, City of Port Coquitlam, Ste, No. 214, 2571 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coguitlam, B.C. and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, March 17th, 1988. Any tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all tenders inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required. Terms of Sale l. A certified cheque in the amount of $5.000.00 must accompany each tender as a depcsit and each tender will be open for acceptance by the Council for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender being accepted by the Council the balance of the offered price must be paid by the successful tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as requested or the deposit will be forfeited.
