From the City Clerk, July 4, 1988 regarding Latecomer Charge Waiver
Agreement ~2621 Davies Avenue.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Aj.derman Farnworth:

AT THE REQUEST OF and pursuant to the Agreement with the developer,
Mr. Tom Germscheid dated the 22nd day of June, 1988, BE IT RESOLVED that the
works and services deseribed in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be
tastalled by the said developer, Mr. Tom Germscheid, in connection with the
development of the Lands described as;

Lot C, District Lot 380, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan 5969

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act;

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved
and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of
the City and affix the Corporate seal thereto.

LATE LITEM:

‘Prem the City Engineer, Juiy 7th, 1988 regarding Traffic Control on
Gillespie Place.

That a 30 koh speed limit be established for Gillespie Place from
Coast Meridian Road to the end of the cul~de-sac and that the City Clerk be
instructed to amend the Traffic Bylaw to reflect this decision.
