Item No. 1 Helen went over the proposed schedule with Committee. Please see attached proposed schedule. The Committee suggested that the Royal Party dinner be moved to 6400 p.m. in the Wilson Centre. The other area of concern was the need to add an additional event on Saturday as well as the Penny Carnival and the Craft Fair. Some suggestions were a pet .arnival and a spaghetti eating contest. Helen will investigate this further. Another area which was discussed was how Expo would be incorporated into May Day. The parade would have the Expo theme and we are also investigating a display by the CPR and the Discovery Train. It was felt that the proposed schedule should be on a trial basis with an evaluation at the conclusion of May Day. Ill i)i, ( fa!'i)i /2. i%Ill N Ml! IR Ie ~ e 44 I I Illa'.
