A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No.

1651" 4s amended by removing the Zone Nesignation of RS-2 assigned to Lots
270 to 276, inclusive, of a Plan of Subdivision in process of Lots 10 and
J1, portions of Lots 12 to 19 (inclusive), Block 8, Plan 2137 and the
0.0168 ha and 6.0291 ha portions shown outlined green on the plan attached
to the "Ryan/Marshall Plan 2137 Road Exchange By-law, 1979, No. 1722", ali
of District Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District, prepared by
Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. of v.C. Coudal and Associates, British Columbia
Land Surveyors, under Job Number C~2896-79C, and assigning the Zcne
Designation of:

(a) RS-1: to Lots 270, 272, 273, 274, 275, and 276 thereof; and,

(b) RT-1: to Lot 271 thereof.
2. A copy of the Plan of Subdivision in process referred to in Section 1
is attached to this By~law and made a part thereof.
3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
