The subject property is 72-feet wide by
154~feet deep with a total land area of
11,000 square feet which is much larger
than the 8,000 square feet required to
qualify as a duplex let.

This property also meets all the other
reyuirements for RT-] zoning as set out
in the Zoning By-law.

The Committee recommends that this
application be advanced to Public Hearing.
