A ‘special meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Councii Chamber, Port Coquitiam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on December
29th, 1981 at 4:30 p.m.
Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, G.R. Laking, D.J. Vater
and M.R. Wright in attendance.
Also in attendance was City Clerk R.A. Freeman.

The City Clerk advised the special meeting was called to give Zoning ~

consideration to Final Reading of Bylaw No. 1856, a bylaw to amend the 41 unit
apt. ~ 3
“City of Port Cotvitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" and advised that Suffolk Ave:
-Final Rdg. i+
all the requirements have been met and that Final Reading could be given : 4

at this time.

Bylaw_No. 1856:

To rezone Lots 45 and 46, Block 21, District Lot 464, Group One,
Plan 25551, New Westminster District; and Lots 32, 33, 34, and 35, Block
21, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2363, New Westminster District;
from RM-2 to RM-4.

This. property has the civic addresses 2047, 2055, 2057, and 2063
Suffolk Avenue and it is expected that following completion of the
rezoning procedures a 41 unit apartment complex will be constructed on
the property.
