areas of the City this would not be a problem and thus should
reduce the time and the difficulties which the crews

experienced.

The balance of the advantages and disadvantages appears
initially to be in favour of not proceeding with the Canus
Container System. However, If we can get sufficlent funds from
the Company to pay for the costs of Increased maintenance and
other costs, then | feel that those residents who really want
to use this system should be given the option of doling so.
