Kirk Date: September 8, 1993 City Administrator File: 53/93 & 54/93 Carlos Felip Director of Planning 2465 Glenwood Avenue Development Variance Permit Application 53/93 & Rezoning Application 54/93 Planning and Development Coagmittee — September 7, 1993 RECOMMENDATION: 1, That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS~i (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act Subject To: a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; b) Satisfaction of Building Deparment requirements at the time of building permit; c) The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Costs Charges; d) Registration of a Restrictive Covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites;and e) Satisfaction of Fire Department requirements for sufficient water supply prior to construction; and f) Issuance of Development Variance Permit 53/93. 2. That council pass a resolution authorizing the Planning Department to prepare Development Variance Permit 53/93 under Section 974 of the Municipal Act; and 3.
