Re: Bicycle Racks,

Recommendation:

Res Stop Signs

Recommendation: The Committee recommends to the Municipal Council that the
installation of new STOP Signs as outlined in the attached

report be approved,

Item III

Re: Hastings Street Closure.

Comments: The Council will recall that the Committee was requested

to consider what ,if anything could be done to the recently
closed portion of Hasting Street north of McRae. This portion of Hastings was
constructed to a gravel standard by the subdivision developer and his con-
mitments have been completed. The Council has already approved the planting
of trees at the north end of the Closure. The Committee feels that from a
practical viewpoint nothing more should be done at this time.
