. A By-law to amend the Annual Budget for The Corporation of the 1 1978
city of Port Coquitlam for the year 1977.

WHEREAS by By-law No. 1538, cited as the "City of Port Coquitiam
Annual Budget By-law, 1977, No. 1558", passed pursuant to Section 198 of
the “Munielped Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British
Columbia, 1960, and Amendments thereto, the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam adopted the Annual Budget fer
the year 1977;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to amend the said Annual Budget;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. . Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Annual Budget By-law,

1977, No. 1538" is hereby amended by substituting the amounts set forth in

Schedule "A" to this By-law under the heading "1977 Amended Budget".

2. This By-law may be known and cited for all purposes as the "City of
