Land By-law, 1970, No. 992",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in cpen meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
i. Section 401 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of
Land By-law, 1970, No. 992" is amended by adding the following
thereto as clause (d):
In the RS-1 Zone where a parcel of land to be gubdivided -
is occupied by an existing dwelling the minimum frontage
of one of the lots to be created may be reduced by 20%
provided that
(1) the frontage of the parcel be subdivided is sufficient
to produce the same number lots having frontages of
not less than 50 feet each if the dwelling were to be
removed as will be obtained by taking advantage of the
provisions of this clause, and
(ii) the lot to which frontage reduction is granted has
. a lot size of not less than 5400 square feet."
