BYLAW NO. 2311

A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan

Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162";

AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and
after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has:

(a) examined the amendment to the plan In conjunction with the most recent
capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to
ensure consistency between them;

(b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitied "Port Coquitiam Industrial Development
Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them;

(c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for

consideration;
(d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District

of Coquitiam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or
the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal! Counci|] of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The designation of "Apartment 1" shown on Schedule "B" of the "Official Community
Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to:

The 0.7470 ha portion of Lot 1, District Lot 232, Group One
Pian 73976, New Westminster District shown within the heavy outline

on a plan prepared by V.C. Gouda! and Associates, British Columbia Land
Surveyors, dated September 23, 1987 and bearing Drawing Number C3857-~870D;

is removed and the designation "Residential i" is applied.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan
‘Amendment Bylaw Noo 7, 1987, No. 2311".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the
majority of al! members of the Council this Sth day of October, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the
majority of all members of the Council this 5th day of October, 1987.

Determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of
Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater
Vancouver Regional District this 5th day of October, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 26th day of October, 1987.
