That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more Particularly described as: 7 Lot 18 Block 20 Southwest Quarter Section 7 Township 40 Plan 2797 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlar: Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot 19 Block 20 Southwest Quarter Section 7 Township 40 Plan 2797 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2413" Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of February, 1989.
