Re: Shaftsbury Road Purchase.

Comments: The existing road allowance at present is partially opened from Jervis.
future road pattern may require the construction of this read. We were
informed that the City may not lease a road allowance unlese a formal road closure

has transpired.

Recommendation: The Committee recommends refusal of the road purchase as future
plans are pending. ;
