iness Licence. By-law for, consideration and commenting therein that. the most

_ significant change. in the. By-Law ¢ ‘other than the, new rate ‘schedule, is that

the licence. fee will now be paid on an annual , rather than a semi-annuat, oO

basis with the proviso that only 50% of the fee is chargeable toa business

commencing after July 3lst in any year.
