In addition to the foregoing Mr. LeClair has asked me to obtain approval for
disposal to the Provincial Government of a small law library which formed a part

of the assets on hand when the Provincial Court took over the operation of a portion
of the Justice Building. Mr. LeClait has supplied me with an appraisal which
indicates the value of the law library to be $1700.00. ‘

I would agree with this valuation and would recommend to Council that we authorize
the District of Coquitlam to dispose of this law library to the Provincial Govern-
ment for the sum of $1700.00 to be apportioned to the City and to the District on
the basis of our cost sharing agreement on the operation of the Justice Building.
