The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of ror AR y 1980
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
Monday, March 17th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. Co consider the following proposed
by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No.
1651".

By-law No. 1739: to rezone Lot 2, Block P, District Lot 466,

Group 1, Plan 16570, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RS-1A.

This property is located at 1672 Prairie Avenue and‘ consists

of a single lot that ids 82 feet wide by 149 feer deep. The —

change in zoning proposed will permit the owner thereof to

subdivide the property into two lots; one approximately 42

feet in width by 149 feet in depth and the other approximately

40 feet in width by 149 feet in depth.

A copy of the proposed By~law may be inspected in the Offize
of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from
March 6th to March 17th, 1980.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by

the proposed By-law shall be afforded an apportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
