Dear Sir:

As a result of our conversation a few days ago, I am
writing to request that the easement on the west side of my
property at 1697 Chadwick Avenue be removed. This easement
was originally established to provide a walkway to James
Park Sehool, as I understand, but a walkway has since been
nroavided from Imperial Street, and the easement from
Chadwick ends with the boundary af my property. Thank you
for your help in this matter.
