I recently completed a detailed cost estimate to construct the sterm sewer on
Patricia Avenue, between Sefton and Coast Meridian Road; totaling $26,947.

The Capital Work Budget Account (CW143) break down to the project indicates.
a $20,000 budget to complete this work.

It is my understanding, since the time of conceptual sketch and original estimate
a number of changes and additions have taken place and added to the construction

drawings. -

Would you kindly advise the Public Works Committee of the additional costs
and request that additional funds be added to the Capital Works Accounts.

~ Please advise me when sufficient funds are in place to begin the project.
