be responsible for scheduling events in the
community centre; and

permit the City some nominal amount of free use of
the community building subject to the approval of
the Lessee and such approval not to be
unreasonably withheld and, in particular, pexmit
the City to have the free and unrestricted use of
the community building on the Lands each and every
Tuesday evening from 5:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

6. The Lessee shall insure and keep insured while this
Agreement or any renewal thereof is in force, with such companies
and on such forms as are acceptable to the City, at the Lessee's

expense, Comprehensive General Liability insurance covering:

(a) bodily injury, personal injury and property damage
Liability; |

premises and operations liability;
contractural liability:
non-owned automobile liability;
(e) products and completed operations liability;
(f) contingent employer's liability; and

(g) owner's and contractor's contingency liability
with respect to operations of subcontractors.

In addition to the foregoing:

the limits of liability for Personal | Injury,
Bodily Injury’ and Property Damage combined shall
