Febroary 1. 1993/037 Councillor Keryluk introduced a Bylaw to provide for the payment of an indemnity to the Mayor and Councillors of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. Moved by Councillor Keryluk: Seconded by Councillor Thompson: That Bylaw No. 2760 be read a first time. Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution: Moved by C Hor Wright: That Bylaw No. 2760 a Bylaw to provide for the payment of an indemnity to the Mayor and Covrcillors of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be referred to the City Treasurer for ciarification. Carried. From the City Clerk, January 20th, 1993 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 94/92 for 2432 Kitchener Avenue. Mr. K. Klassen, 2424 Kitchener Avenue asked for clarification of the property lines. He also requested concrete barriers to be installed blocking the back of the property. Mr. J. Duguid, Developer, said they will provide the barriers. Mr. D. Ford, 2418 Kitchener Avenue, wanted to know when the information meeting was held, as mentioned in the report from the Planner. Moved by C ior Wright: Seconded by Councillor Keryluk: That as recommended by the Director of Planning in his memorandum of December 3rd, 1992, the Voluntary Development Variance Permit No. 94/92 for 2432 Kitchener Avenue be issued.
