The City and the School Board entered into an agreement dated March 18th, 1994 regarding
various recreational facilities.

As that date has passed, we propose that our agreement be amended in the following ways. The
City’s requirement in Section 1 of the agreement to transfvi the Oxford Street Land to the
School Board is extended to as soon as possible after the City receives from the Province a

release of its possibility of reverter.

‘The remainder of the agreement is amended by extending the March 18th, 1994 date to that date
which is 10 days after the Oxford Street transfer documents are accepted for registration in the
Land Title Office or if that day is not a business day, then to the neat business day.
