‘The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City. of Port

‘Coquitlam will hold a Public, Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, April 7th, 1975 at
7330 pem. to consider the following proposed By~law to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law 1367: To rezone

(a) the northerly portion of Parcel "A" (21441E), Block 13,
North-west 34, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 5109, New
Westminster District

(b) the northerly portion of Block 13, North-west 4g, Section 6,
Township 40, Plan 5109, New Westminster District, Except
the south-west 100 feet by 200 feet thereof

() the northerly portion of Parcel "A" (Explanatory Plan 10290)
Blocks 21 and 23, East 4, North-west %, Section 6, Township 40,
Plan 1329, Except the east 100 feet thereof and part shown
subdivided on Plan 45776
from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential).
This property is the Northerly portions of 1289, 1339 and 1345
Prairie Avenue (just East of Stratford Street) and it is expected that a residential
subdivision will be approved on the said property following completion of the rezoning
procedures.
A Copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours
ef 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working days - from March 27th to April 7th, 1975.

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing

on matters contained in the by~law.
