Our group hereby requests the use of city pronerty on the
South Vest corner at Kingsway and Mary Hill Road between
February 17 - 24, 1980, ;

AS you are aware, this week in February is Scout and Guiée
week and our reason for requesting tne use of city property
is so that we might present a display ina natural setting
of what the scouting programme has to offer the youth of
Port Coquitlam, "

Our use of this property would allow us to.¢erect 4 stancins
camp and display handicrafts and other items pertaining te
Scouts in our city. Our use of this .,roperty would be prorerly
supervisec and our group accepts the responsibility of leaving
this proverty in the sume condition we find it.
