A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning, BY
1979, No. 1651", | OCT 26 4a8!
WHEREAS although the larger portion of the property hereinafeee” 10 1982
described is zoned CS-1, small portions of the said property are now
zoned A-l or RS~1;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to rezone the entire parcel

to CS-1;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the

City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Porte Coquitlam, British

Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Lot 182

District Lot 380

Group One

Plan 58919 .

‘New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from CS-1, RS-1, and A-1, to CS~1 in its entirety and
the Zoning Map of "The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
