Schedule "A" being an Agreement for Sale between The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and Carnoustie
Recreation Development Ltd. specifying a price of
$300,000.00 with a $75,000.00 down payment and a balance
of $225,000.00, payable in one year, together with
interest thereon at the rate of 14% per annum (compounded
semi-annually with a 25 year amortization period) computed
From February 7th, 1983, and

Schedule "B" being the Notice of Sale of the Land dated
the 12th day of January, 1983.

The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to affix the
Corporate Seal of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam to all documentation necessary to convey the
City's interest in the Land to Carnoustie on the terms and
conditions contained herein and, without restricting. the
generality of the foregoing, to obtain in favour of. the
City the required Statutory Rights-of-Way and Section 215
Covenant in the forms attached as Schedules "CC" to “"E"
respectively of this Resolution; :

‘Schedule "C" being a Statutory Right-of-Way for the
purpose of assuring and maintaining the City's right of
access to the northerly 900 feet of the Lot "C" herein
before described, :

Schedule "D" being a Statutory Right-of-Way over a portion
of the Land in connection with the City's operation of
Sanitary sewer works, and .

Schedule "E" being a Restrictive Covenant wherein it is
provided that the Land and all Buildings on or to be:
erected on the Land shall be used solely for the purpose
of a golf course including a clubhouse and other
ancilliary uses and shall not be used or built on: in any
‘manner that would interfere with the City's ability to
improve certain adjoining Land known as Freemont Street
should the. City for any reason at any time. decide to
develop that Land as a Highway. ;
