sae PHP THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2229 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: OFLA ay OS SS The gone Designation of A=1 (Agricultural) assigned to Lot "B". of Block 10 of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 5345, EXCEPT the East 297 feet, New Westminster District, is removed and the following Zone Designation are applied: . (a) RT-1 (Two Family Residential) to the Lot 36 shown on a proposed subdivision plan of the property herein before described prepared by RJB Engineering Ltd., dated October 15, 1986, and bearing Drawing No. 86-200-P1; and, (b) RS=2 (Small Lot Residential) to the remainder of the property. The Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. A copy of the proposed plan of subdivision referred to in Section 1 is attached to this Bylaw and made a part thereof. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2229", Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of January, 1987.
