Memorandum of Agreement between City and CUPE Local 498

RECOMMENDATION

THAT Council ratify the attached Memorandum of Agreement for the 1991 -
1993 contract between the City and CUPE Local 498.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS

The City's negotiating team met with CUPE Lecal 498 in December and
again in early January. On January 10 agreement was reached by the
parties to recommend acceptance of the attached menorandun.
