We have been advised by the Purchaser's solicitor that
the following documents were filed in the New Westminster Land
Title Office on April 27, 1982:

Transfer of An Estate in Fee Simple registered under
number U34515E; .

> 2 eaeinee Option to Purchase registered under number
U34518;

Highway Abondment registered under number USAS14E;
and

4. Subdivision Plan registered under number 64263.

However a stamped copy of the Transfer and of the Subdivision
Plan were not included with his cover letter. We have been advised
by his office that they do not keep a record of the stamped copies
in their office and therefore we have ordered these decuments fron
the Land Titie Office ta complete your file. Wa will forward these
decuments to you in due course.
