January 25, 1988/024 Mr. John Hockley, 3190 Rae Street, inquired whether a lane proposed for the townhouse project would be on the Developer's property and the Director of Community Planning advised that it would be. Mr. L. Turner, 837 Hemlock Crescent, inquired as to the value and type of the RM-3 suites to be constructed and asked whether or not they would be low income units. The Director of Gommunity Planning advised that the City had no control over who the purchasers or tenants would be and stated the units would be of a good design and quality. Mr. S. Innes, 3195 Rae Street, commented on the design of the RM-3 development proposed. é —_ Mr. Gordon Douglas, 3183 Rae Street, inquired concerning the exact plans for the RM~3 development and the Director of Community Planning stated that since the RM-3 portion of the development was not proposed to be constructed ae immediately a provision was being imposed that would inquire the Developer to | receive Council's approval of the final plan and he further stated that 17 units were the maximum number permitted on the property of that size and in : response to a further inquiry from Mr. Fred Despers, 3478 Handley Crescent he ae stated that since the zoning to be applied was a townhouse zone apartments Segall oT 4 eould not be constructed.
